Permanent Makeup Eyeliner
What is Permanent Eyeliner?
Even though it’s not actually like getting a regular tattoo (more on that below), permanent eyeliner is definitely a form of tattooing. Using state-of-the-art machines that consist of a low frequency needle, the artist will insert a certain pigment into the skin of your eyelids, thus ‘permanently’ drawing your eyeliner in the exact shape that you want.
The permanent makeup eyeliner technique does not scab and doesn’t cut into the skin with a blade. This is what makes the whole procedure completely non-invasive, and the fact that it also uses mineral-based pigments is also a plus. Another thing that you might expect will feature this procedure is a numbing cream for a comfortable experience.
Who is the Right Candidate for Permanent Eyeliner Procedure?
Just like it’s the case with any example of permanent makeup, most people qualify as good candidates for the procedure of getting a semi-permanent eyeliner. However, there are certain things that the patients need to bear in mind before opting for this procedure.
Even though the client will have all of their questions answered on the first consultation with the artist, there are certain pre-existing conditions that can affect the final outlook:
- People with diabetes
- People with serious diseases such as cancer, epilepsy or autoimmune disorders
- People with any bleeding disorders
- People who take blood thinner medication

Eyelash Extension Services
For the best eyelash extensions in Athena Beauty Lashes offers individual eyelash extensions .
A single extension is applied to each natural lash using tweezers and water resistant surgical quality adhesive (cyonacrylate). The procedure takes approximately 1-3 hours depending on the amount of extensions the client requests. The length of the extensions vary from 7mm to 13mm and do not weigh the natural lash down.
The eyelash extension application begins with an in-depth complimentary consultation to define and design the perfect lashes for your eyes exclusively. With our new computerized app you may view your eyes with custom eyelash extensions prior to having the actual procedure. This allows the client to confirm or edit the design with our guidance.
$75 for removal however cyonacrylate adhesive must have been used for the application initially or it may not be compatible.

Treatment that gives your eyelashes the perfect curl. At Athena Beauty Bar Elleebana Lash Lift. Elleebana lifts are a great alternative to eyelash extensions. They require very little maintenance and provide long-lasting results! The benefits of Elleebana lifts include:
- Makes natural eyelashes appear longer
- Lashes stay lifted for a couple of months
- No damage to natural lashes
- Faster application techniques saving you time
What can I expect during treatment?
The lash lifting process is similar to that of eyelash extensions. The top of your eyelids and your bottom lashes are covered with a gel pad. You’ll keep your eyes closed during the entire process. Depending on the length of your natural lashes, a silicone rod will be placed on top of your eyelids to determine which size (small, medium or large) will give you the best lift. Once the size is determined, the rod is placed onto the gel pad of your eyelids and a lash glue (water-soluble) is used to push your natural lashes back onto the rod. A lash setting solution is applied for 5-7 minutes on both sides. The solution is then removed with a micro-swab and a lash neutralizer solution is applied to both sides for 5 minutes. The tinting process will take place after the neutralizer is removed. The tinting portion only takes 5-10 minutes.
How much maintenance is involved?
This procedure requires very little maintenance and is perfect for anyone that doesn’t have time for regular upkeep. The Elleebana Lash Lift will last for a couple of months, depending on your lash cycle. Please note that lash serums, biotin, and/or medication(s) can affect the lash cycle, resulting in quicker lash shedding.

What is Lip Blush?
“Lip blushing is a form of semi-permanent makeup. Essentially, it is a cosmetic tattoo of the lips that enhances the beauty of the natural lip color, improving the shape of the lips, giving definition and the illusion of fullness,” This treatment delivers very natural results, once healed. Shading is great for creating volume in your lips, but lip blush delivers a more natural look and give the illusion of fuller lips.
Here’s how it works: A tiny mechanized needle deposits pigment into the lips, which builds layers of color. Explained that it can be a corrective service to help even out the tone of the lips, but it can also help with symmetry.

SMP involves the use of techniques to inject pigment into the scalp. Scalp Micropigmentation is an extremely intricate procedure with a guaranteed result. Athena applies natural pigments at the epidermal level of your scalp—creating the appearance of greater hair density. SMP can be used anywhere hair is thinning: the frontal and temple hairlines, the crown, bald spots, patches, or even scars SMP is ideal for men and women in early stages of thinning to advanced hair loss.
